From writer Christopher Laine comes sci-fi horror, Screens, coming 26 January

Sometime in 2016, dark web posts began appearing about a document known only as “The Manuscript.” Originally written with a manual typewriter and impossible to digitise, the Manuscript can only be read by those who can procure one of its precious few handwritten copies. It is said that The Manuscript contains horrific knowledge and those who have read it have immediately disconnected from the internet, vanished off the digital grid, never to return.    In short order, all online posts regarding the Manuscript were gone without a trace.  Everyone with any knowledge or connection to them has disappeared or been gruesomely murdered.   Screens is the fourth book in the Seven Coins Drowning series and you can pre-order your copy here, now.

New from Twisted Fate Publishing, Darkness, in support of mental health charity, Mind, out now

With much of the world in isolation, support for mental health is more important than ever. Realising this, a number of established like-minded authors formed The Sons of Twisted Fate to turn their skills to creating this collection of short stories to support the mental health charity: Mind. The collection is the result of a unique collaboration by a diverse group of authors, all writers of Speculative fiction (Sci-Fi, Horror and Fantasy) but all very different from one another. Each was challenged to contribute one or more short stories around the theme of Darkness. Featuring contributions from Gareth Clegg, C. M. Angus and more, you can pick up your copy in paperback or eBook right now, here.

Never has the phrase “be careful what you wish for” been more apt. Because Matthew does change…just not in the way that anyone could’ve predicted.
