Here’s a small selection of the horror and genre news that caught our eye during the last week …

New novel Exorcist Falls by Jonathan Janz released today

Fans of all things supernatural will be eager to get their hands on the latest release from Sinister Grim Press, which is available from today. The latest offering from Jonathan Janz (Children of the DarkWolfland) tells the story of Chicago under siege from a serial killer dubbed ‘The Sweet Sixteen killer,’ who is brutally attacking young girls. Things take a turn for the worse when a fourteen-year-old boy attacks his family and is exhibiting signs of demonic possession. In the foreword to the book, Janz pays tribute to the influence of the late William Peter Blatty and fans of The Exorcist will recognise the influence of that great writer in this book. Life, death and the afterlife in new dark poetry collection Libro de Lumine by Anthony Crowley

Fans of dark poetry need look no further than the newly released Libro de Lumine by writer and poet Anthony Crowley. Lovecraftian cosmic horror abounds in tribute anthology, The Ancient Ones

Available for pre-order now from Deadman’s Tome is The Ancient Ones, a collection of Lovecraftian horror, written in tribute to one of the fathers of cosmic horror. Featuring ten stories, by authors such as Raven McAllister (Restless) and S. Alessandro Martinez (Dreams of Decay) among others, the collection is now available for pre-order here.


The zombies arrive at Seoul Station this weekend

Fans of last year’s train-based Korean zombie epic Train to Busan will be pleased to hear that the animated prequel, Seoul Station, will land in UK cinemas this weekend.
