VideodromeStephen King and Joe Hill collaboration novella to be released soon

Stephen King and Joe Hill will have their ebook collaboration In the Tall Grass published by Scribner in October 2012.

The story begins with a brother and sister who hear a young boy crying for help in some tall grass to the side of the road, they pull over their car and get out to search for the boy but end up lost and disorientated.

The paperbacks will be the short story collections from some great new horror fiction writers. The New Blood series will begin with Peel Back the Sky from Stephen Bacon it consists of 21 stories, an introduction by Nicholas Royle and cover art from Les Edwards.

Videodrome reboot has a new director

Adam Berg is in talks to make his feature directing debut on Videodrome, the remake of the 1983 film directed by David Cronenberg. Ehren Kruger (The Ring, The Skeleton Key) has scripted the remake.

Adam Berg and producer Daniel Bobker plan to modernise the film with the possibilities of nano-technology and blow it into a huge sci-fi action thriller.
