New sci-fi horror novel, Contagion, by Erin Bowman released this week
For fans of authors like Jonathan Maberry and films like 28 Days Later, Contagion finds a team following up on a distress call from a distant planet. When they arrive though, they find nothing but an abandoned site, littered with rotten food, discarded equipment and corpses. As the crew investigate, they soon discover that some things are best left buried and that some monsters will take even the smallest opportunities to come back.
