The sixth installment of The Outer Dark Quarantine Reading series features Gemma Files (Experimental Film) and Alistair Rennie (BleakWarrior) (1:07:27) who share their experiences in Canada and Scotland respectively social distancing in a time of social unrest, writing unexpected novels in a stalled world (and also music, in Rennie’s case), and their quarantine reading recommendations. Gemma reads a complete pre-pandemic/post-pandemic tale called ‘This Is How It Goes’ (0:16:53), first published in Other Voices, Other Tombs (Cemetery Gates, 2019, eds.
